- When you create a new instance you can select how many months you wish to purchase the instance for (*min 1 month) and you can easily renew this each month.
- Discounts are available at 6 months and 12 months and your saving will be displayed during the final stages of the install.

What happens when it's time to renew?
|
- You will receive the First of three Emails to warn you that your install is due renewal severn days prior to the renewal date.
- You will receive the Second Email to warn that your install is due renewal on the renewal day.
- You will receive the Third Email three days after the renewal date.
Note : It is important that you register your correct email address!

I did not renew what happens next?
|
- Your package will remain on line for a further seven days should you decide to change your mind. If you do not renew the package it will be automatically uninstalled and you will receive notification of the removal.

I missed all of the warnings but need my package back!
|
- We will keep a backup of your package / site for seven days after uninstall. You will need to contact support to schedule a restore.
|
Am I being charged for open source applications?
|
- No! We do not charge for any opensource packages, we simply package the application so that it can be installed quickly and ensure that it runs well on our servers.
- We only charge a monthly fee for the hosting package required to run the chosen application. Some applications may require more server resources which is calculated during the packaging stage. This ensures that the application you decide to use will not only run well but continue to run well during peak demand.
- We may include any licence cost in the hosting fee for applications that are not opensource, these are clearly marked.
